1. Course Access & Validity

Course access will be provided to the student’s registered account. The standard course validity is 12 months from the date of activation/purchase, as applicable.

2. Course Content

The course includes Live classes + recorded Classes, study material (Class Notes) and tests. Course content may be updated, rearranged or modified whenever required for better examination preparation.

3. Live & Recorded Classes

Live classes and recorded lectures will be made available through the ACC platform as per the course schedule. Class timings, faculty, sequence of topics or schedule may be changed when required.

4. Study Material & Tests

Notes, PDFs, quizzes, tests, PYQs and other study resources will be provided according to the features applicable to the selected course (Basic/Advance course).

5. Account & Login

Course access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, course access or study material with another person is not permitted.

6. Copyright & Content Protection

All classes, videos, PDFs, notes, tests and other course materials are the intellectual property of Agri Coaching Chandigarh (ACC). Recording, copying, reproducing, uploading, reselling, redistributing or sharing any course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Technical Issues

ACC will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted access to the course. Temporary interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, internet problems, app updates or circumstances beyond ACC’s control may occur. In these kind of situations you can call our helpline number 9828822277

8. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for regularly checking the ACC App and official communication channels for class schedules, tests, updates and other important announcements.

9. No Selection Guarantee

Enrolment in the course does not guarantee any particular marks, rank, selection, appointment or employment. The final result depends on the student’s preparation, performance and the applicable examination process.

10. Fee & Payment

Once the course fee has been successfully paid and the course has been activated/assigned to the student’s account, the purchase will be considered final.

11. No Refund Policy

All course purchases are non-refundable. Once the course is purchased, no refund, cancellation or reversal of the course fee will be permitted.

Students are advised to carefully review the course details, features, medium, validity and plan (Basic/Advance) before making the purchase.

12. Course Upgrade

If an upgrade option from Basic to Advance is available, the upgrade will be subject to the applicable fee and terms communicated by ACC at the time of upgrade.

13. Changes in Course/Exam Pattern

If there is any change in the examination pattern, syllabus or requirements by the concerned examination authority, ACC may modify the course content, schedule or preparation strategy accordingly.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the course, the student confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the No Refund Policy, and agree to abide by them.
